Fibre Solution and Linkin Zones will be an Exhibitor and Conference of an Austrade expo for Ozmine 2012 - (Organised by Austrade, the ozmine conference brings together key Indonesian, Australian and ASEAN industry and government players to identify and discuss major trends, opportunities and challenges in the mining industry)

 TUESDAY, 17 APRIL 2012 – EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE DAY 1

The ozmine2012 exhibition is open to the public: 9.30am-5.30pm
The ozmine2012 conference will be open from  9.30am – 5.40pm

ozmine2012 Opening
Time    : 9:00 am – 10:15 am
Venues  : Grand Ballroom and Conference Room

The opening ceremony will be in two parts:

    At 9am the Australian Ambassador to Indonesia and the Indonesian Minister for Minerals and Resources will cut the ribbon to open the exhibition in the Grand Ballroom. Exhibitors are expected to be in attendance and available at your booth for a walk through immediately afterwards.
    Immediately following the exhibition walk through – at 9.30am - the conference will be opened with welcome remarks and keynote addresses.


Networking Reception, in partnership with the Queensland State Government
Time    : 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Venue   : Ceria Room (function room next to swimming pool area)
(Each exhibitor has two free passes, the same people who you have registered for the conference. Please advise us if you would like to change the name/s for this networking dinner.)


WEDNESDAY, 18 APRIL 2012 – EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE DAY 2

The ozmine2012 exhibition open to the public: 9.30am-5.30pm
The ozmine2012 conference will be open from 9.00am-6.15pm

6pm is the end of ozmine2012; all exhibitors are allowed to pack up all products displays, decoration as well as marketing and promotion materials. Note: Please present your loading letter to the hotel when you load out your products displays.

Networking Reception (includes BBQ dinner), in partnership with the State Government of Western Australia

Time    : 6:30pm – 8:30 pm
Venue   : Ceria Room (function room next to swimming pool area)
